Delivery Information. |
Deliveries
After the initial move into Metropolitan Square, it is necessary to notify the Property Management Office of any delivery that requires the use of the elevators and they must be completed after hours. 1. Delivery drivers will be monitored in and out of the building. 2. At the discretion of Property Management, no vehicle shall be left unattended for more than thirty minutes. Absolutely no delivery vehicle will be permitted to be left in the loading dock area overnight. 3. Any delivery that will require the use of the building elevator for more than thirty minutes will require a reservation call made 24 hours prior to the delivery and must take place after hours. 4. All regular deliveries to Metropolitan Square will be made through the loading dock area. Deliveries cannot be permitted through the lobby entrances on the first floor. |
After-Hour Deliveries
On certain occasions, deliveries are made to the building after regular business hours. This could include food, as well as supplies, etc. The standard procedure will be to have the delivering person report to Security. Tenant must notify Building Management or Security of when to expect the delivery. Once contacted, the security person will place a telephone call to the tenant's office and a representative from the tenant's office will be required to come to the lobby and accept the delivery or escort the delivery person to the tenant's office. If a tenant employee escorts a delivery, the same tenant employee must also escort the delivery person back to the lobby. |

Frequently Asked Questions.
WHAT ARE THE BUILDING HOURS OF OPERATION?The building is unlocked from 6:00 AM until 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday except for holidays. Seven (7) days per week, Security is on site 24 hours a day. Tenants have 24 hour access to the building though the key card system. All tenant access cards are to be used to enter the building after hours and on weekends.

WHAT ARE THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE HOURS?The Management Office is open from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday except for holidays. This office is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

HOW DO I CONTACT THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE AFTER NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS?
For your convenience, the main office number, (314) 436-1212, can be forwarded to the Security desk after hours and on weekends. If there is an emergency, the security officer will call the appropriate Management/Engineering personnel. If you desire to leave a message for someone in the management office, the Security Officer can forward you to the proper extension.

DOES EVERY EMPLOYEE NEED TO HAVE A BUILDING ACCESS CARD?
Yes, we strongly recommend that all building tenants carry their building access card at all times due to high security in the building. Your access card is required for after-hours access to the building.

WHAT HOURS DOES THE HEATING AND/OR AIR CONDITIONING RUN?
The building provides heating and air conditioning from 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Saturday (by request only) except legal holidays. Please refer to your lease for more details.
AM I ABLE TO REQUEST EXTENDED HEATING OR AIR CONDITIONING TIME?
Any tenant requiring heating or air conditioning beyond these hours can enter their service request online via the “Submit a Request” link under the “Tenant Services” option in the menu at the left of this screen or by calling the Management Office at (314) 436-1212. All after hours heating and/or air conditioning is at an additional charge and currently at the rate of $85 an hour and is subject to change. This must be requested at least 24-hours in advance of service or 48-hours for the weekends.

HOW OFTEN DOES OUR OFFICE SPACE GET CLEANED?
The building janitorial crew cleans the building and your office space on a nightly basis, Monday through Friday except legal holidays. Cleaning crews typically start at approximately 6:00 PM and may work until 12:00 AM. This includes trash removal, vacuuming the carpets, light dusting and any items thrown away that are clearly marked.
